Courses
The courses can be either in person or online. They can be taught in a group format or privately. The options are laid out below, but whichever one you choose, they all follow the same three-session format. Each session is about 90 minutes long.
-
In the first session, I'II instruct you in how to practice the technique and then we'll meditate. Then we'll share our experiences and I'll comment upon them, to provide a deeper understanding of the technique. There will be plenty of time for questions and I'll give you some handy tips and set some home practice to do before the next session.
-
In the second session, we'll review how your home practice went, meditate and then review our experiences again. There will be time for questions, then we'll run through how we can make meditation a daily habit.
-
The final session will be a similar format of reviewing home practice, meditating together and discussing our experiences. There will be a talk to provide a deeper understanding of what Being is and the benefits that grow over time, with a regular daily practice.
-
At this point, you'll have everything you need to become a completely self-sufficient meditator, capable of practicing confidently on your own, anywhere.

Ongoing Benefits
-
The investment in the course includes ongoing access to me as your teacher, if you have any questions or queries about your practice going forward.
-
I run free group meditations every other Sunday, which you're welcome to join, where like-minded people discuss anything related to well-being.
-
You can also re-take the course for free at any time in the future, should you feel the need for a refresher.
-
Payment plans are available, so please enquire.
-
I'm reluctant to turn anyone away, so if you think that meditation is definitely for you but circumstances are difficult, please do reach out and let's have a conversation.
-
For every person I teach, I pledge to plant a tree through the National Trust 'Plant a Tree' scheme.
After only a few days I noticed a change, I no longer got unreasonably cross about small things.
This has continued to improve as I've meditated over the last few weeks. If I'd started earlier, I'm sure I'd have been an easier person to live with.
