Yes. In this technique thoughts are considered a natural part of your meditation. You will be taught how to use a mantra, which is a soothing sound vibration, which guides the mind to ever more quieter levels, and thoughts will then gently and naturally disappear.
No. You will be taught carefully and correctly to meditate on your own and by the last day of the Course you will have the confidence and technique to meditate successfully at home or anywhere else. You will be a self sufficeint meditator and quickly master the technique. The simplicity and ease of this technique can sometimes be undermined by doubts driven by the mind wanting to rationalise and question what you have learnt which is another reason for staying in touch and coming to Group Meditations. Free ongoing life-long support is always there to help you out, should you need it.
No. You don't have to change your life to learn or practice this technique, but don't be surprised if, after a while, some detrimental and unsustainable habits may start to lose their attraction.
No. The Course will include discussions about what you are being taught and the effects you are noticing. You can discuss any personal concerns with me in private if you’d like to.
